What Are the Next 10 Marvel Movies?

1. Black Widow

The first movie in Phase Four of the MCU is set to release on May 7, 2021. Black Widow, played by Scarlett Johansson, finally gets her own standalone movie after years of being a supporting character in other films. The movie takes place after the events of Captain America: Civil War and follows Natasha Romanoff as she confronts her past.

2. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

The second movie in Phase Four is set to release on July 9, 2021. Shang-Chi, played by Simu Liu, is a martial artist who must confront his past when he is drawn into the Ten Rings organization. This movie will introduce audiences to new characters and expand upon the mythology of the MCU.

3. Eternals

Eternals is set to release on November 5, 2021. This movie follows a group of immortal beings who have been living on Earth for thousands of years and have intervened in some of mankind’s biggest events. The cast includes Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, and Salma Hayek.

4. Spider-Man: No Way Home

Tom Holland returns as Spider-Man in this highly anticipated sequel set to release on December 17, 2021. Not much is known about the plot yet but rumors suggest it may involve multiple dimensions and characters from previous Spider-Man movies.

5. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

This sequel to Doctor Strange is set to release on March 25, 2022. Benedict Cumberbatch returns as the Sorcerer Supreme and is joined by Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch. The movie is said to be Marvel’s first horror film and will explore different dimensions of the Marvel universe.

6. Thor: Love and Thunder

Thor: Love and Thunder is set to release on May 6, 2022. Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor but this time he is joined by Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster who becomes the Mighty Thor. The movie will be directed by Taika Waititi who also directed Thor: Ragnarok.

7. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Following the tragic passing of Chadwick Boseman, Marvel has decided not to recast the role of T’Challa in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever which is set to release on July 8, 2022. The plot details are unknown but it will continue to explore the world of Wakanda.

8. The Marvels

Brie Larson returns as Captain Marvel in this sequel which also includes Kamala Khan’s Ms. Marvel played by Iman Vellani and Monica Rambeau’s Photon played by Teyonah Parris. The movie is set to release on November 11, 2022.

9. Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania

Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly return as Ant-Man and The Wasp in this third installment which also includes Kang the Conqueror played by Jonathan Majors as the main villain. The movie has no official release date yet but is expected to hit theaters in early 2023.

10. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

The third Guardians of the Galaxy movie was delayed due to director James Gunn being fired then rehired but it’s officially back on track and set to release in 2023. The movie will continue to follow the misadventures of Star-Lord, Gamora, and the rest of the gang.
