The first film where we see Jimmy Woo is “Ant-Man and The Wasp” released in 2018. In this movie, Jimmy is an FBI agent who is tasked with keeping an eye on Scott Lang (Ant-Man) after he was placed under house arrest for his involvement in the events of “Captain America: Civil War.”
He becomes suspicious of Scott’s activities and tries to catch him breaking the rules. Throughout the film, we see Jimmy’s character develop as he becomes more involved in the story.
The next appearance of Jimmy Woo is in the Disney+ series “WandaVision” released in 2021. In this show, Jimmy is no longer an FBI agent but instead works for S.W.O.R.D (Sentient Weapon Observation Response Division).
He is sent to investigate strange happenings in Westview, New Jersey where Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and Vision have seemingly created their own sitcom reality. Jimmy takes on a prominent role in the show as he works with other characters to try and solve the mystery.

Most recently, we saw Jimmy Woo make a brief cameo appearance in “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” also released in 2021. In episode 3 of the series, we see him talking on the phone with Monica Rambeau (a character from “WandaVision”) about her mission investigating something called “The Hex.” This brief appearance suggests that Jimmy may continue to play a role in future Marvel projects.
