Will There Be More Marvel Movies in the Future?

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been a phenomenon since its inception in 2008 with the release of Iron Man. Over the years, we have seen many superheroes come and go, but the question on everyone’s mind is – will there be more Marvel movies in the future?

The answer is a resounding yes! Marvel Studios has a plethora of movies and TV shows planned for Phase 4 and beyond. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at what fans can expect from the future of the MCU.

Phase 4

Phase 4 of the MCU officially began with the release of Black Widow in July 2021. The phase will consist of ten projects – movies and TV shows combined. Some movies that are set to release in Phase 4 include Eternals, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and The Marvels.

In addition to these movies, Marvel is also releasing several TV shows starting with WandaVision earlier this year followed by The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki, What If..?, Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Secret Invasion, Ironheart and Armor Wars.

With so many projects lined up for Phase 4 alone, it’s clear that Marvel is not slowing down anytime soon.

Phase 5

While details on Phase 5 are scarce at this point in time as most projects are still under development or pre-production; there are a few things we do know.

One of them being that Blade will be joining the MCU alongside Mahershala Ali as Blade. We also know that Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3 is currently in production and Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania will be coming out soon too.

What about the X-Men and Fantastic Four?

Marvel Studios now has the rights to both X-Men and Fantastic Four after Disney acquired 21st Century Fox in 2019. There is no word on when we can expect to see these characters in the MCU, but it’s safe to say that Marvel has big plans for them.

In conclusion, there will be plenty of Marvel movies and TV shows for fans to enjoy in the coming years. With Phase 4 already underway, and Phase 5 in development, we can expect to see our favorite superheroes on the big and small screens for many years to come.

So sit back, relax, and get ready for an exciting ride with the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
